The charge of the TF is as follows:
1. Gather together all written materials pertinent to the ethics code,proposed ethics code changes, and the council action to change the code, and the American Psychiatric Association's written position. The goal here is to post all this information on the website as an educational resource for the membership.
2. Coordinate collaboration with other groups, such as DSJ and PsySR, with the goal of having them sign on to the proposal we develop.
3. Outline the critical elements of the proposal.
4. List of APA leaders: Koocher, Levant, Brehm, BOD, others
5. Consider whether other members should be added
