PRE-DISTRIBUTED PAPER
350 word abstract
Paper sessions are limited to 50 minutes.
Complete paper must be submitted 6 weeks before the start of the conference. These papers will be emailed to registered attendees. This will allow for substantial discussion time so that presenters will only need to summarize their papers at the session itself.
Using the online submission process for CVs and Abstracts:
For individual paper submissions, the author uploads* a cover page and CV as one “document”.
For panels, the panel chairperson uploads* a cover page and CVs of all of the panelists as one “document”. The chairperson also pastes the 150 word panel abstract and all of the 350 word abstracts for all papers into the appropriate box on the online submission form.
*UPLOADING: On the online submission form, authors and chairpeople will see a “browse” button. Clicking “browse” will take the author to the files of his/her computer. Once the document that contains the appropriate material (Cover sheet plus CVs) is found, “choosing” that document will transfer the document to the online proposal form.
If you have any questions, please contact the Conference Coordinator, Natalie Shear, natalie@natalieshear.com
